Using OneBooking
Use the service lawfully, keep your account secure, and make sure the availability, prices, policies, and customer information in your workspace are accurate.
Your business and customer data
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant OneOS the limited access needed to host booking pages, process schedules, send configured communications, and operate the service.
Payments and availability
You are responsible for your refund, cancellation, tax, and fulfillment obligations. Features and limits depend on the plan shown in your workspace, and third-party payment or messaging services may have separate terms.
